At AR Gifts, every order is personalised and assembled by hand before it ships. This policy explains how delivery works.
Each gift is curated to order. After you confirm your gift proposal and payment is received, packing typically takes 1–3 business days depending on order complexity and the availability of specific items.

We try our best to accommodate preferred delivery dates mentioned during the order process. Please share your required date early — especially for birthdays, anniversaries, and time-sensitive occasions.
We deliver pan-India. Our gifting studio is based in Delhi NCR, and we ship across all major cities and most pin codes in India.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp. You can also use our Track Order page.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and order weight, and will be communicated to you before you confirm your order.
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery. Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate.
