Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every AR Gifts order is personalised and assembled specifically for the recipient, our refund and cancellation policy reflects the nature of custom gifting.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before packing has begun. Once your order is confirmed and packing starts, cancellation is no longer possible as items have been sourced and assembly has commenced.

Refunds — Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a damaged item or an incorrect product was included, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging
• Include your order ID in the message

We will review your case and offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement of the damaged or incorrect item
• Partial refund for the affected items
• Store credit for a future order

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after packing has started
• Minor variations in product appearance due to handmade or artisanal nature
• Delay in delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Delay due to courier or logistics issues outside AR Gifts' control

Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
