Start by sharing who the gift is for and the occasion. We'll ask about the recipient's personality, interests, hobbies, favourite things, dietary preferences, and budget — the details that make the difference between a random box of items and a gift that actually resonates.
Our team reviews your details and assembles a curated gift proposal — a selection of items chosen specifically for the recipient. We consider their personality, what they love, the occasion, and your budget. We'll present the proposed contents and packaging to you before anything is packed.
We share the proposed gift with you — what's inside, how it'll be packaged, and the estimated delivery timeline. You can suggest changes, add items, remove things, or adjust the message. We don't start packing until you're happy with the proposal.
Once confirmed and paid, we assemble the gift by hand in our Delhi NCR studio. We take time with presentation — every item is placed with intention, the packaging is carefully wrapped, ribbons are tied, and your personal message card is added. We pack it as if we were the ones giving it.
The completed gift is shipped with tracking. We coordinate delivery to your preferred date where possible, and provide tracking details so you can follow it to their door. We deliver across India — whether the recipient is in Delhi NCR or the other end of the country.
